The site has been reliable for my classes and homework. Like, it loads when I need it to, which is really all I’m hoping for most days. I did have one weird login issue last week, but it only happened that once. Overall, yeah, it’s worked better than I expected.

I’ve been using it for a while now — I think since around March, or maybe it was late February, and overall it’s been easy to get around. The dashboard usually loads without any trouble, which is nice. A few of the menus still feel a little clunky to me, but nothing that totally gets in the way.

Got the access code and activated fine, no issues at all.

I was ready to be annoyed with this ebook, but then it just... worked. Pages loaded fast, and my notes saved without any issues. So yeah, no complaints from me.

The grading felt inconsistent to me. Some assignments seemed marked fairly, while others felt way off, which made it really frustrating to know what was expected.

The lessons were clear and not all over the place. They explain things in a simple way, kind of step by step, so I could actually get through the parts I was stuck on before. Nothing too fancy, just good study content that helped it finally click

I accidentally ordered the wrong McGraw Hill ebook and was worried it was going to be a hassle to fix. I filled out the refund form, which was straightforward, and support got back to me after a couple of days. It took about a week for the money to show back up on my card. Not the fastest process, but after trying it, I was relieved it all got sorted without too much trouble.

I usually have a clear standard for whether quizzes are worth my time, and these passed it. They were simple, easy to follow, and worked without any issues. Nothing overcomplicated, just helpful enough to make a difference.

The books showed up a little later than I expected, but compared to some other deliveries I’ve had, this was still okay. Everything was packed well and arrived in good shape, so I can’t complain too much

Getting McGraw Hill connected to our LMS was okay overall. It took a bit of fiddling around, and I sort of lost track of which setting finally made it work, but it did connect in the end. Grade syncing worked most of the time, though we had a couple links break here and there, which was annoying. Support eventually helped, just not as quickly as I would’ve liked. So yeah, not awful, not amazing, kind of one of those setup things you just get through.

I ordered a textbook access code from mcgraw-hill-education.com, and I was watching the charge closely because I’ve had random fees pop up with online purchases before. But the amount on my card matched exactly what I saw at checkout, with no extra charges or duplicate billing. I also got the receipt right away, which made me feel better about it. Straightforward overall, and since the billing was accurate, I don’t really have anything to complain about.

The textbook arrived in good condition overall. A couple of the corners were bent, but the pages were clean and it’s completely usable, which is what I cared about most. Shipping was fine too. I was relieved nothing went wrong, because I never really trust customer service to be much help if there’s an issue.

I’ve been using McGraw Hill Education mainly for the instructor resources, it’s made my class prep a lot smoother than it would’ve been otherwise.
The slides, test banks, and extra materials are generally easy to find, and I like that they line up well with the textbook. Every now and then I have to click around a bit to find a specific file, but it hasn’t been a big issue.

During a really busy semester, it saved me a good amount of time and stress. It’s not perfect, but I’ve been happy with it overall and would gently recommend it to other instructors who want a little help cutting down on prep work.

I needed something that would be easy to use with my screen reader, and it pretty much met my expectations. Everything worked fine for me without much hassle

I’ve been using McGraw Hill for one of my classes, and the account access is kind of hit or miss. Most days I can log in fine, but every now and then it makes me try a couple times or just sends me back to the sign-in page for reasons I can’t really figure out.

After I’m actually in, the site does what I need and I can get to my assignments without much trouble. The annoying part is more the password reset and linking stuff, which feels more confusing than it needs to be. It’s not awful, but I wouldn’t call it smooth either

I can use the site on my phone, but it gets a little annoying. Some pages take longer to load than I’d like, and a few of the buttons are so tiny I end up tapping the wrong thing. It’s not unusable, but it definitely isn’t as smooth as I’d expect, and I don’t have much patience for that.

I had to reach out to McGraw Hill Education support because I was having an access issue, like I couldn’t get into the material I needed, my login wasn’t cooperating, and I was basically stuck right when I needed to use it. They did answer, but it wasn’t exactly quick. I waited longer than I expected and ended up sending a follow-up just to make sure my message hadn’t gotten buried or skipped or sent into the void.
The support person was nice and professional, and they did fix the problem in the end, so I can’t really complain about the actual help. It was more the waiting part that was frustrating, especially when you’re trying to study, submit something, check an assignment, or just get into your course without making a whole project out of it. Overall, it worked out, but faster response times would make the experience a lot better
